International oil spill month

Call me crazy, but it seems like the cost of oil might go down if we’d stop spilling so much of it into our oceans. It looks like Russia has outdone San Francisco for now, but there are still 13 days left in the month. Maybe it’s like they say, the third time’s a charm.
