Our streak is over

Well, I’ve got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Nanooks finally won a hockey game Friday night. The bad news is we lost again today. We are now 1-8-1 and second to last in the CCHA standings. Kind of depressing, but no matter what happens from here on out, we will always have Friday’s win. November 30, 2007 was a good day to be a Nanook.

A side note: Why were our other two goalies sitting by the pep band during the game? It was kind of funny to see Johnson and Largen all suited up and just chatting with the trumpet players during the game instead of sitting in the box. Random.
